Return Policy

We stand behind every tub. If you’re not satisfied, unopened products with an unbroken seal can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

• Are opened or used (unless defective)
• Are returned outside the 30-day return window
• Show signs of misuse

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
