Privacy Policy

When you place an order. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, and to fill an order it collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and billing details.

When you join the list. The signup form in our footer collects your email address only.

When you browse. We collect standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

When you contact us. Whatever you put in the email or tell us on the phone.

Your card number never touches this website. Payments run on Stripe’s hosted checkout, so your card, CVC and expiry go from your browser to Stripe directly. We can’t see them, and we don’t store them — we only see the last four digits and the card brand on the receipt, the same as you.

• To take payment, ship your order and email you a receipt
• To answer your questions and handle returns or damaged deliveries
• To send you product news and offers, if you asked for them
• To understand which pages people actually read, so we can improve the site
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraudulent orders

We’re a family-owned business and we don’t run this infrastructure ourselves. These companies handle data on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing and hosted checkout (name, email, phone, address, payment details). Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — site usage measurement, via cookies. Google’s privacy policy.
• Web3Forms — delivers the email-signup form to our inbox (your email address and which list you joined).
• Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information — full stop.

This site also carries no advertising or retargeting pixels. There is no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel and no ad network tracking here, so browsing this store does not follow you around the internet.

We share information only with the processors listed above, or where the law requires it.

Analytics cookies.Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or delete these in your browser settings, or with Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works fine without them.

Your cart.What’s in your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is cleared when your order completes.

Checkout. Stripe sets cookies needed to run checkout securely and detect fraud. Blocking those will break payment.

• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message we send, or by emailing us.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Opt out of analytics using your browser settings or the Google opt-out add-on above.

To make any of these requests, email blackstallionsupplements@gmail.com from the address you used with us, or call (732) 995-7705. We may need to keep certain order records to meet tax and accounting obligations even after a deletion request.

This site is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and payment data is handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. We keep order records for as long as we need them to support the sale and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and we keep marketing emails until you unsubscribe.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

This is a high-stimulant sports supplement store intended for adults. Our Terms & Conditions restrict purchases to customers 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

If we change how we handle your information — including adding or removing any of the processors named in §4 — we’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
