How to use Gladiatore.
Gladiatore is a high-stimulant pre-workout — 400mg of caffeine in a full scoop. Used right, that's clean, sustained energy. Used carelessly, it's a bad afternoon. Here's the protocol, start to finish.

Start with a half scoop
Gladiatore is a high-stimulant formula — a full scoop is 400mg of caffeine. Your first few sessions, use a half scoop (200mg caffeine) to assess tolerance. A half scoop is still a real, working dose.

Mix with cold water
Mix one scoop (31.7g) with 8–12 oz of cold water and stir or shake. Never dry-scoop a 400mg stimulant — always mix it.

Time it 20–30 minutes out
Drink it 20–30 minutes before you train so the caffeine, citrulline, and beta-alanine are working by your first set.

Train the whole session
The stack is built for the back half — 800mg L-theanine smooths the caffeine, 400mg theobromine extends the tail. Energy is meant to hold, not spike and crash.

Respect the limits
One serving per 24 hours. Don't stack it with coffee, energy drinks, or a second pre-workout. With that much caffeine, skip the evening scoop or it will cost you sleep.
Who should not take this
Gladiatore is built for experienced lifters, fighters, and athletes who already tolerate stimulants. It is not for stimulant-sensitive or first-time pre-workout users, anyone under 18, or anyone pregnant or nursing. If you have a heart condition, a blood-pressure issue, or take medication, talk to your physician before use.
From the label: Mix 1 scoop (31.7g) with 8–12 oz of cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. To assess tolerance, start with a 1/2 scoop. Do not exceed 1 serving in a 24 hour period. Follow mixing directions. Do not consume powder without mixing (dry scooping).
